Katie's Notes

This elevated espresso martini brings together some of my favorite flavors. The Volcán Cristalino provides a smooth, sophisticated base, while Mr. Black delivers rich coffee intensity. The Ancho Reyes adds a gentle warmth that builds slowly—it's not overwhelming heat, just a beautiful spicy complexity that complements the coffee. The vanilla bean syrup ties everything together with a touch of sweetness and aromatics. Use quality cold brew for the best results, and shake hard to create that signature silky foam on top. The three coffee beans represent health, wealth, and happiness—a traditional garnish with meaning.
